Draining the waters of the magical Trinity Alps, the Trinity River is a special place and perfect for group and family rafting trips! With beautiful river canyon, spectacular wildlife and exciting sections of class II/II+ and class III-III+ rapids, including the signature rapid Hell Hole (III+, pictured below), the fun and excitement never ends!  The Trinity River is just 4 1/2 hours from  the SF Bay Area, and only an hour and a half from Redding or Eureka, making it the perfect weekend getaway adventure! Camping right on the river at Hayden Flat campground makes running different sections of river easy. Our camp includes bathrooms, running water, beautiful swimming hole, views of the river, and a full outdoor kitchen set up!

 -> Pigeon Point-Big Flat  is the most popular day of rafting on the Trinity with 8 class III/III+ rapids in 5 miles!

 -> The Hayden Flat-Cedar Flat stretch is perfect for beginners and young children (ages 4-7). The float includes plenty of action with 9 class II+ rapids, making it a great section to learn how to inflatable kayak.
